I had to reach out to Omsom customer service because my order looked like it was stuck for a few days. They did get back to me and they were Nice about it, so I can’t really complain too much, but the response time was slower than I was expecting.

They eventually helped me figure out what was going on and gave me the info I needed, but I did have to follow up once. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly Smooth either. Average Overall

I liked the whole vibe of omsom, honestly. The way they talk about family, flavor, and Asian food feels real and not all dressed up like some fancy food brand trying too hard. The story on the site pulled me in, and I was like, yeah, I get what they’re going for.
But when it came to actually using the stuff, it was just sort of okay for me. Like, the idea is good and it’s easy enough to make, no big problem there. I just didn’t feel like the price matched what I got in the end. Not bad, just a little mixed.

I tried this for dinner because I figured it might be a decent treat and I don’t mind paying more if the food is filling. But the portions were tiny for the price. I finished everything and was still hungry, so I can’t really justify ordering from here again.

I really like Omsom. The sauces make weeknight dinners so much easier, and they taste way better than anything I’d probably throw together from scratch. It still feels like the responsible choice compared to giving up and ordering takeout, especially when I’m busy. That said, for the price, I do wish the packs were a little bigger. Overall though, I’d still buy them again.

I ordered from omsom the packaging was fine, just not great. The box showed up a little bent, and one of the packets looked kind of squished, but nothing leaked or got ruined, so that was good. I do like how the packs look, I just wish they had a bit more padding or protection for shipping. Overall, it was okay, but yeah, it could’ve been better...

My snap judgment after the first bite: way too spicy for me. I could barely focus on the flavor because my mouth was already burning. I really wish the heat level had been made more obvious before I bought it.

I really think reviews should come from people who have actually tasted the product. When I’m trying to decide whether to buy something, I want to hear what it was really like, the flavor, texture, aftertaste, whether it was worth it. Seeing vague comments from people who clearly haven’t tried it makes me trust the reviews a lot less.

It ended up being easy and surprisingly fast, after I got everything prepped, it took maybe 15 minutes to cook. The flavor was really good too. My only small complaint is that I wish the instructions were just a little clearer in a couple spots, but overall it was a solid quick dinner

It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but it tastes really good and has saved me on busy dinner nights more than once. Has anyone else felt like the price is a bit high, but still worth it for the convenience?
